Randy serves as the chair of moxy’s ownership committee, guiding the business with a steady hand and a big-picture perspective. With a background in leadership and decision-making, he helps set the vision for the company while supporting the team in delivering on its promise of quality and service. Randy’s role blends strategy with collaboration, ensuring moxy stays true to its values while continuing to grow. His thoughtful approach and commitment to excellence makes him a trusted leader and a key part of moxy’s continued success.

Matt is moxy’s President and co-owner. With nearly three decades in the printing industry, Matt built expertise in print production, management, and customer partnerships. Joining moxy in 2014 as Operations Manager, he advanced to President, steering the company toward high-quality printing innovations and online ordering systems. Under his leadership, moxy has grown significantly, including the development of new headquarters in 2024.
Passionate about collaboration, Matt views printing as a partnership that brings customers’ visions to life. Beyond work, he cherishes time with his wife Aimee, children, and grandchildren, volunteering with his church and is the Chairman of Prairie Grove Library board.

As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at moxy ox, Missy handles Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and also helps in Production. Missy says she loves engaging with our amazing clientele and is willing to lend a hand where she can. She has recently taken on being our official name tag maker and is loving it.
Missy Grew up in Fort Smith, AR. Before joining moxy ox, she was taking a well-deserved sabbatical from the workforce after owning and operating a 96 children preschool for 5+ years. Prior to her professional career, she was the CEO of the Hurban household which she says was the toughest job of all and taught her everything she needed to know to help at moxy ox.
When Missy isn’t working she loves spending her time with her family and grandchildren.

Elizabeth started working at moxy as a Prepress Technician shortly after graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2018. With a Bachelor’s degree focusing in graphic design, she was persistent to find a job that allowed her to gain experience in the design field, specifically within print. Since then, she has moved into a position that combines many roles – from business branding and color-matching, to formatting special projects and setting up online storefronts.

Elizabeth believes in being the “expert” in print by helping customers set up their print-ready files and collaborating with them through the process of a successful design. She has learned a lot from working at moxy and loves the continued growth of knowledge.

Selvin has worked in the printing industry for 6 years and has over 15 years of customer service experience. As Director of Customer Experience for moxy ox, Selvin’s focus is on collaborating with our customers on the specifics of their print projects. Selvin is responsible for interacting with our customers across several channels and platforms while providing the most accurate and pleasant experience possible.
When Selvin isn’t at work he likes watching, playing, and teaching basketball. Some of the other things he enjoys are spending time with his family, fuel-efficient vehicles, romantic comedies, and bodybuilding.
